Sushi Smackdown — the electrifying new TV series where local sushi chefs battle their way from local championships to the national stage — is searching for dynamic Co-Hosts to join our team!

This is more than just a hosting gig. Each co-host will be assigned their own territory and become the face of Sushi Smackdown in that region.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong on-camera presence and natural charisma.
   
• Ability to engage live audiences and TV viewers with energy and enthusiasm.
   
• Passion for food, culture, and storytelling.
   
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
   
• Experience in hosting, MC’ing, food blogging, or event promotion is a plus.
   

• Position: Sushi Smackdown Regional Co-Host
   
• Territory: Assigned regional area (multiple territories nationwide).
   
• Duties:
   
  • Work directly with licensed restaurants in your territory.
     
  • Help restaurants prepare for upcoming chef battles.
     
  • Host live events — introducing chefs, interacting with the crowd, and presenting the dishes.
     
  • Conduct interviews with chefs, judges, and guests.
     
  • Post and promote each event on social media, showcasing the chefs and their creations.
     
• Location: Travel within assigned territory.
   
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and scope of territory.
   

• Become the local face of a nationally televised food competition.
   
• Gain exposure across TV, digital, and live events.
   
• Work closely with chefs, restaurants, and sponsors.
   
• Be part of the first TV food show where fans can watch a battle on TV and then taste the winning dishes at real restaurants.
